JURNAL INTERNASIONAL SESUAI KRITERIA DIKTI

Pemerintah melakukan berbagai upaya untuk meningkatkan publikasi Indonesia yang bereputasi internasional, mengingat banyaknya SDM di Indonesia yang potensial terutama jabatan fungsional dosen, peneliti dan mahasiswa S3 yang memiliki kewajiban untuk publikasi di Internasional sebagai persyaratan kenaikan jenjang jabatan dan kelulusan, misalnya melalui Peraturan Menteri Pemberdayaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (Permen PAN-RB) Nomor 17 Tahun 2013 tentang pentingnya publikasi ilmiah di jenjang nasional maupun internasional yang harus menjadi suatu kebutuhan yang tidak terpisahkan dari kegiatan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi.

Pemerintah juga sudah menyiapkan suatu bentuk penghargaan atas upaya penulis untuk mempublikasikan penelitiannya di jurnal bereputasi internasional yakni dengan mengupayakannya melalui program insentif publikasi internasional yang diselenggarakan oleh Kemenristekdikti, Lembaga Pengelola Dana Pendidikan Kementerian Keuangan (LPDP).

Tentu saja penghargaan yang diberikan harus memenuhi beberapa syarat umum yaitu harus memuat nama institusi Indonesia, dan juga wajib meletakkan namanya sebagai penulis utama jika yang mengusulkan merupakan sebuah kelompok periset, menggunakan bahasa internasional yang diakui oleh PBB pada karya tulis ilmiah yang diusulkan, syarat mutlak lain dari LPDP menyatakan bahwa artikel yang dibuat juga telah diterbitkan di jurnal internasional terindeks Scopus dan/atau Thomson Reuters (berstatus published) dalam periode waktu 5 (lima) tahun terakhir.

Abstract:This research proposed to measure the influences of competence, independence, due professional care, and time budget toward audit quality, using Physical Condition As The Moderating Variables. It is quantitative research, by use spreading questionnaire to the auditor working at Surabaya Public Accounting Firm. From the questionnaire using purpose sampling method, revealed 15 respondents who working as an auditor. Including as partner, manager, supervisor, auditor (senior-junior). Data analysis was done by validity and reliability test, classic test assumption, and hypothesis testing with multiple regression analysis to test the moderating variable. The results show that competence, independence, due professional care, and time budget have a positive effect on audit quality. This study shows that psychiatric conditions moderate positively influence competence, independence and time budget on audit quality, but do not moderate in due professional care to audit quality because an auditor who already has work experience is not affected by personal behavior in the form of emotions or problems Experienced. In a depressed time and unbalanced condition between the physical and psychological of an auditor, it makes the auditor will think carefully and thoroughly in the audit, so that the audit will produce a quality.

ABSTRACT: The Qur'an is a Muslim holy book using Arabic with the dialect of the Quraish tribe. Textually, the composition or sequence in verses of the Qur'an contains musicality which when combined with the musicality of poetry or Arabic syi'ir (rhyme), both have suitability, especially in conformity with 5 (five) elements of poetry, namely: Sentence, Rhythm, Poems, Imagination, and Deliberate. The opinion of the scholars and the Arabic experts on the existence of poetic aspects in the language of the Qur'an has occurred in contradictory form, some agree and some are not. For those who agree, thought one form of the beauty of the Qur'anic language is a match between the musicality contained in the composition of the verses of the Qur'an with the musicals of the traditional Arab syi'ir (syi'ir multazam), especially in terms of rhythm And his poem. Meanwhile, for the scholars who refuse, they argue, the Qur'an is a divine word, while the syi'ir and the poems are human words, all types or genres of literature are the creation of shamans, imaginers, and fanciers.
